U15 Black Girls Win OVA Bronze

The U15 Black Girls team has had a great start to the season this year with a strong performance at their first OVA U15 tournament with a 3rd Place finish. The girls went undefeated all morning and through quarter finals before having a tough match against the newly formed Defensa team.Read more |

Interclub’s U17 girl’s Volleyball Team Prepping for Season Opener

November 26th will be the first test for Interclub’s U17 girl’s team. Although the size of the team is small, at nine, there have been big improvements in a short amount of time. Although some may think nine athletes is not ideal, the girls on the team have embraced this creating a stronger team bond then head coach, Maverick Hatch, has seen from any of his previous teams. “I’m extremely proud of and impressed with what the girls have shown thus far. Their learning curve has been steep and their ability to implement what assistant coach, Jamie Broder, and I have been teaching them has been extremely satisfying.” Read more |
First IC Gold for 16U Girls

Interclub captured its first gold medal of the season when the 16U girls came out strong to top the competition at a Markham Stingers invitational tournament last Saturday.
The girls entered the tournament seeded first, and defended that ranking early with an 8:30 a.m. match against the Markham Stingers Gold, from whom they took both sets, 25-10 and 25-15 respectively.Read more |
